Inside out

Crashing thoughts,

Limitless, hopes

As the sun begins to dim,

My contemplations, fall

On my shoulders, I lift

The entire dreadful unknown

Yet feeling too limited

Despite the cape that never falls

Multiple senses,

An urge, to raise values

Yearning to save the world

Constrained by the virtues

When can I ever let go?

I stare in space,

From moments to days

Functional race,

Attire; Grace

Lonesome, afraid

Wilderness seemingly tamed

Scars with shame,

Utter Disgrace,

A little bit insane

A little bit intact

Feeling the flames

Burn inside out

Taking off the cape

Letting the waterfall down
